A big welcome to spring and to a time for lambing on the farm, for colourful spring flowers and (dare we say it) perhaps for the sunshine to start breaking through… It’s our favourite time of year and we feel a few welly walks coming on!

Hot cross buns
Slightly sticky, warmly spiced and freshly baked. Our hot cross buns are so popular, the baking team are making a staggering 12,000 per week in the run up to Easter!
We asked our facebook followers if they prefer to eat them cold or toasted and whilst most of you prefer them toasted with butter, 14% prefer them straight out of thee pack! How do you eat yours?
NEW! Homemade pork scratchings
We’re now making our very own pub style pork scratchings. If you’re a fan of crackling then they’re right up your street. Crunchy, salty, seriously tasty and made from 100% local pork.
Brian has baked his 5 Millionth Pie!
Brian and the Pie Team are kept super busy and we’re all aware that they produce A LOT of pies! Earlier this year though marked Brian making his five millionth pie for us! Of course it’s taken quite a few years to get to 5,000,000 – but we still think that it’s a mind-boggling number nonetheless. All made possible of course by you, our lovely customers, who have kept the demand for our pies going.
